Payment Policy

Thompson Toronto accepts credit card payments through major international card networks, including:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

At this time, we do not accept local prepaid cards or payment methods other than those listed above. Orders placed using unsupported payment methods may be declined or cancelled.

Payment Security

All payments are processed via a secure SSL-encrypted connection. Payment details are transmitted in encrypted form directly to our authorised payment service providers and are never stored on Thompson Toronto servers.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed. If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed or fulfilled.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, for example following an approved return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase;

  • refunds will be processed within 30 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
